Photographer's Note

Ćira Milekić is the first mayor of Sremska Mitrovica, after the Austro-Hungarian Military Confines was abolished in 1881 and the city received civil administration. He spent 27 years in that position and contributed immensely to the development of civil society in the city. A few years ago, a monument to him was erected at the entrance to the city park from the square named after him. He holds the first City Statute in his hand

well photographed this statue of this ancient mayor, good light management and so capture, I like too this carpet of leaves with pleasant autumn colors, tfs.
