3 April 2022. godine.

Danas sam prvu put bio u prodavnicu posle bolesti. Za vreme bolovanja izgubio sam pet kilograma tezine.
Casti sam sebe dobrim ruckom. Kuvao sam kiseli kupus sa suvom svinjskom slaninom.
Isekao sam kiseo kupus na tanke listove, stavio u serpu, dodao mast, vodu pola litra i suvu slaninu, sve sam kuvao oko tri sata. Pri kraju kuvanja dodao sam razne zacine.
Za vreme rucka popio sam casu crvenog vina.

Today I was in the store for the first time after my illness. I lost five kilograms of weight during my illness.
I treat myself to a good lunch. I cooked sauerkraut with dried pork bacon.
I cut sauerkraut into thin leaves, put it in a sherpa, added lard, half a liter of water and dry bacon, I cooked everything for about three hours. At the end of cooking, I added various spices.
During lunch I drank a glass of red wine.

Hello Pavle, I'm sorry to read about your illness and the loss of weight. Many people would like to lose some kilograms but not after being sick. This meal looks similar to our "bigos" - sauerkraut with pieces of meat and sausage. A lot of wine for a single person.

Quite tasty looking dish with sauerkraut and bacon. Red wine goes well with it. High angle shows all the food well.
