Pileca jela.
Spremio sam dva jela od pileceg mesa.
Pilece karabatake sam naredjao u pekacu, premazao uljem, stavio zacine, dodao casu vode i pokrio poklopcem.
Pekao sam u rerni na temperaturi od 200 C stepi 50. minuta.
Izvadio sam pekac i okrenuo karabatake i ponovo vratio u rernu i pekao oko 20. minuta.
Pileca corba.
U serpi sam stavio pileca ledja i vrat, kuvao oko 40. minuta, posle sam dodao, pirinac, crni luka, paradajs, zelenu papriku i zacine i nastavio sa kuvanjem jos 40. minuta.

Chicken dishes.
I prepared two chicken dishes.
I ordered the chicken karabatake in the pekacu, covered it with oil, added spices, added a glass of water and covered with a lid.
I baked in the oven at 200 C for 50 minutes.
I took out the baking tray and turned the karabatake over and put it back in the oven and baked for about 20 minutes.
Chicken chowder.
I put the chicken back and in the sherpa , and cooked for about 40 minutes, then I added rice, onion, tomato, green pepper and spices and continued cooking for another 40 minutes.

Hello Pavle,
These dishes look appetizing and I think you have become a good cook. Now you have food for several meals and can also enjoy their colours, which is also important. But I agree with Malgo that you should eat more fresh vegetables. It's the best season now.

Zdravo Pavle,
Ja volim piletinu i u nekim zemljama nije ba popularna. Mislim da u 角aniji ili Portugalu ima manje jela ili se uop嗾e ne prave od piletine. Ali vi啼 volim pileća prsa. Ovo izgleda veoma ukusno sa savr啼no dobro uhvaćenim detaljima i tako prirodnim bojama.
