Photographer's Note

A more tightly cropped view of the prayer hall arches than previous uploads from Cordoba. I liked the crescent shaped blue moon and overlapping arches here. Taken inside the Mezquita (Great Mosque of Cdoba / Mosque砲athedral of Cdoba) which is a hybrid of both Islamic and early Christian architecture.

One of the best architecture attraction in Espanea, Chris, this place is so big, vast and has endless number of pillars and arches which comes in fine two colors of its ancient bricks.
A good POV with blue and golden marvelous colors.

This is an interesting photograph of the arches, which give a great sense of depth as arches are succeeded by others, encouraging us to follow them through, to the b/g. The colours and textures are nicely captured.

It's a nice line of arches of different designs. It seems the colder tones of light are natural and the warmer tones artificial. In any case I like those contrasts.

Hello Chris, I like the closeness of all the arches, layer upon layer of them. We are able to appreciate the wonderful designs that have withstood the time that has passed since they were first created.
The light in the Mezquita is not an easy light for photography, and you managed it really well.
