Lac Bernatoire, a photo from Huesca, Aragon

I noticed this lake on a guide and was happy to discover it. Roughly 2 x 4 km walk, 500 m altitude difference, count 3h to climb up and go down.
It's so strange to have this lake with no water input or output, as a volcano lake!

Hello Claude, Indeed, very strange lake without water input or output. Must be there a lot of rains to keep water. 500 m altitude difference - good effort :). But you have good equipment for it. Amusing composition with the boots. Fantastic view of the rocky mountains and the lake.

Toujours la touche humaine , avec toi , mais tu ne m'en voudras pas ;) si je pr馭鑽e le second plan , avec ce superbe lac bleu tout rond enchass� dans la cuvette rocheuse.

Dats theway, yes boots up! well worth the hike for a better perspective of this panorama. The punchy blue water grabs as excellent focal with its surrounding features makes for a beautiful capture ...
