Photographer's Note
Hello friends, today I present you with this zoom view taken from the viewpoint of Ezaro, the beautiful little fishing village of O Pindo then attached some letters on this small town, I hope you enjoy.
Pindo
Small fishing village situated at the foot of Mount Pindus. The port (Porto Sinal) is sheltered by the bay which forms the peninsula shaped projection, and in which there was an ancient Celtic settlement.
The Pindus, instead of ancient Celtic cult, is a truly impressive granite mass that rises 627 meters above the sea level. It is known that the red color of the walls varies daylight. The name comes from the similarity (according to some authors) with Mount Pindus of Greece.
It is believed that the mountain is named by a colony of Greek merchants settled in the area. They reminded her of her native Greece, hence the name put you Pindus, a mountain range in northern Greece of over 150 kilometers. This name has remained through the centuries, adapting to increasing local language.
The chroniclers who accompanied Roman legions in their colonization by the Iberian Peninsula, commented in his writings the heroism of the rebels who lived in the area of Mt. They took refuge on Mount Medulio, that historians believe is the current Pindus. The Romans could not stop talking about this area, and thinking he was full of magic and therefore could not conquer.
The ice caused the formation of huge granite boulders on the mountain, with the consequent erosion caused by the disappearance of the ice. For centuries, the human imagination has seen in these stone figures of animals, human faces and monsters. Some of them have even named as the nose or the Warrior.
Such legend and magic raised this mountain, which is known as the Celtic Olympus. According to another account of the legends, were the Celts who carved these stones to pay tribute to their gods. Other legends say that the Celts used these stones as beds of fertility. They would lie to infertile women, in the hope they gave birth. The Pindus also houses the ruins of a castle of the tenth century, and a lookout tower that was used to repel the attack of the Vikings. In the fifteenth century the castle was destroyed by the rising of the peasants.
The beach of San Pedro is characterized by a very mild fall, ie, walk several feet in the water to get to cover. This, together with the special whiteness of its sand, produces a strange water transparency, with many shades of green, almost transparent.

La luz de octubre y la capacidad de captar la nitidez un tiro largo.
IlPOV que le protege de luces no deseados y un conjunto de panor疥ica y de gran efecto esc駭ico sopettacolare.
Agradable visita, el placer de compartir la imagen.
