Photographer's Note
This is another picture from my winter vacations in Madrid.
This is a close up of the Debod痴 Temple.
Debod痴 Temple was a donation from Egypt to Spain for the collaboration in the salvation of the city of Abu Simbel from the waters of the Nile.
It is located just behind 撤laza de Espaa
It was erected in Madrid in 1972 but the original structure was built in the 4th century B.C. close to the island of Philae.
In this picture I used an 85B Filter to create a nice warmer atmosphere.
This is a scanned image, so you might find some imperfections on it.

Hi Teresa, very pretty colorful close-up in superb light. The reflection of the monument is perfect; and I found it quite intriguing that the sky and its reflection do not seem to correspond in full, this may be because of real stones under water, which can be interpreted as cloud reflections. Anyway, I like the reflection very much and just for fun, I isolated and rotated it and posted it in the workshop. Cheers! Daniel

Hello Teresa
The light & the effect of filter gives a very nice & warm effect. Some smudges etc in the picture because of scanning are a slight botheration, but overall a good reflection shot of a very interesting structure

Hi Teresa, the idea in the picture is great and the composition is really good but why does it look so smooth? Did you apply the noise reduction with too much percentage? Tali

Hmmm... I like you other pic of it way better... did you use NeatImage? It's got the same effect I usually get, when I use NeatImage and the chrominance levels are too high. So it get's really blurry at some points where there should be more contrast, like e.g. in the upper left corner of the arch or at the end of the twigs.
I still like the composition though
Um abra輟,
