Russian "Wolf" cannons from 1577, made by Andrey Chokhov, author of the famous "Tzar" cannon today on display in the Kremlin. Used in Livonian wars (1558�1583) and captured by Swedes in 1578. Shot 16 kg cannonballs. Today's favorite playground for children in Gripsholm castle (see WS)

Ciao Alex,seeing children playing on a cannon is the best message of peace that everyone would like to see in this very difficult period, 2 beautiful photos of this ancient Soviet artillery piece still well preserved in the castle courtyard. Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano
