Shot taken in Geneva during the festival "Les yeux de la nuit" , not so easy to take because my tripod was not with me and I had to find some compromise between ISO and shutter speed .

Hi, Stefano. You've created a nice perspective with this alignment of dolourful lights. The contrast with the rather dimly lit buildings in the background works very well. You've got a good result for a nigh shot without tripod.

Hi Stefano,
Quite interesting light installations. Light intensity on those poles looks quite constant, so the art is well executed also ifrom the technical viewpoint. Efficient PoV showing perspective well. Also details of the surrounding environment are nicely exposed on dim light.

! Lovely scene! Especially as I used to live right where you cut the image on the right! Right next to the huge sign Pilet&Renaud! Ah! The memories! And what a gorgeous sight from up there! I should definitely post some images I had the chance to capture from my apartment!
Thanks for sharing this lovely view of the festival and of this magnificent city, you caught it just at the right time to catch that blue sky! Hopefully it'll be nice weather at the end of next week :D

Je vois que tu n'est pas tomb� dans le pi鑒e de la surex avec ces colonnes lumineuses. Et aussi tu avait un ciel encore bleu ce qui t'a 騅it� d'avoir trop de noir et de contraste. La vue est "classique" mais met bien valeur ces colonnes en utilisant leurs alignements et avec la perspective 軋 donne de la profondeur � ta photo.

That's a lovely lights perspective where the changing colors also contribute to the depth, the result is fine at this size considering hand held, even when you have the tripod with you it's not always possible to install it and take the time to shoot your photo the right way !
I wish you Merry Christmas and a good move into 2007,

Il risultato, nonostatne gli ISO elevati, � accettabile.
