Photographer's Note
On 1st January this year, while walking in the woods that are part of the Pfyn-Finges Regional Nature Park. The park stretches between Gampel and Sierre in middle Valais from 500 to 4,100 m.
The picture is a frozen iron pillar.
Nowhere in the Alpine Range does one find so many imposing world-famous four-thousand metre peaks as in the Valais. The nature park got its name from the Pfyn/Finges Nature Reserve. Finges is the French translation of Pfyn.
As from January 1st 2013, the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park has the label from the Federal Office for the Environment (BAFU) as a Regional Nature Park of National Importance

Salut Serge,
un vue originale avec ce contraste entre la rouille et le blanc du givre, joli effet velours. Un gros plan bien g駻 avec une bonne mise au point.
