This is one of a miniature art work on discards chewing gums, it is no bigger than 2-3 cm on the public foot bridge linking St Paul and Tate modern on the Thames. they are 100 if not 1000 all over the floor, you will have to on your knees to see them.

Hello Ken
More the question is why? The chewing gum is enough to make me at least find another spot. But the entire area is under foot. To each is own. Interesting image. But we do need more images like this.
