Not posted anything on here for a while but got a new camera recently and have been playing so maybe there might be some more regular update.

Hi Scott,

I'm ever so pleased to see you back here on TE and I hope we shall see many more of your interesting photographs. It's nice to have some more people from Scotland posting pictures! And, by Jove, that's a jolly nice new camera you've got too - I've read some excellent reviews about it and it's very well regarded - so make the most of it!

This is a fine strong composition, the freighter and the lighthouse perfectly placed in the frame and with the long harbour wall on the left leading the eye nicely into the frame and to the distant horizon. A bit of a "grey day" but you couldn't do anything about that, and you've produced an image with good true colours, perfect exposure and excellent details and sharpness.
