Photographer's Note

I took this photo in St. Anna's Cathedral in Belfast.
Actually the cross doesn't have any colours, but in good light conditions you can see the colours from the stained-glass window reflecting in the polished metal.

St Anne's Cathedral is built on the site of St Anne痴 Church. The founder of the original Parish Church, the Marquis of Donegall, decided to name it after his first wife, lady Anne Hamilton, by way of a memorial to her. It is for this reason therefore that the Church is dedicated to St Anne, the Mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Source: www.belfastcathedral.org
