Hello friends, today I present this photo of a nice place where to take a good pint enjoying the passage of people in this central and commercial street of Gibraltar, as you see it's all very English.
Another view on the WS.

Gibraltar is a dependent colony of the United Kingdom, with the status of British Overseas Territory, and extensive capabilities of self-government. It is located at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, east of the Bay of Algeciras, and extending about the geological formation of the Rock of Gibraltar (in English: the Rock of Gibraltar and also, The Rock), a peninsula that dominates the north shore of the strait of the same name, communicating the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Bordered by Spain and has a population of about 29,000 inhabitants in an area of less than 7 km2, with an economy based on the service sector, mainly as a financial center and tourist free port. Taking advantage of its privileged strategic position, has a naval base for British Armed Forces.

Gibraltar was known in ancient times as Mons Calpe (Latin for Mount Calpe), one of the two mythical pillars of Hercules, and later renamed Jabal Tariq Arabic derivation (جبل طارق), or "mountain of Tariq", memory of General Tariq ibn Ziyad, who led the landing at this place from the forces of Umayyad Caliphate of Walid I in 711. Integrated in the Crown of Castile from the second half of the fifteenth century, was occupied in 1704 by Anglo-Dutch squad in support of the pretender Charles III of Spain during the War of Spanish Succession, at the end of which was ceded to the British crown implementing the Treaty of Utrecht in 1713. Since the 1950s, the political future of Gibraltar has been the subject of controversy in the Anglo-Spanish relations. It is one of the sixteen members of the list of territories of the United Nations under the supervision of the Committee on Decolonization. His sovereignty is claimed by Spain.

However, prosperity has allowed Gibraltar to become in 2008 not only in the British territory more prosperous and stable, but also one of the territories with better quality of life and levels of security in the world. According to Jane's Country Risk Study 2008, conducted by Jane's Information Group, Gibraltar is in fifth place out of 235 countries, which also qualifies as the territory Gibraltar Britain's most prosperous and stable.

On March 20, 1969, the famous Beatle John Lennon married Yoko Ono in this territory, in the Beatles song, The Ballad Of John And Yoko, mentioned what happened in Gibraltar.

Tr鑚 jolie sc鈩e de rue bien pr駸ent馥 en diagonale et dans une beau cadrage. La place est bien anim馥 et femme semble y aller d'un pas press�. Tu l'as capt� juste au bon moment. Excellente qualit� d'image, bel 馗lairage et superbes couleurs.

Well Angel, dont know much about pubs and horses, but when see a nice lady passes, I know what went on your mind taking this fine shot: The title you refer to anyone suspect on you...ha ha ha (my humor only), I'd just the same, don't you worry we all the same.
Really serious speaking, the picture show a nice street life in Gibraltar, that has places alike.

tienes suerte de poder trasladarte al ambiente brit疣ico sin alejarte demasiado de tu casa. En Gibraltar podemos disfrutar de la arquitectura, las tradiciones y la cultura del imperio brit疣ico, pero con la luz, el sol y el clima mediterr疣eos.
Me gusta esta toma en la que la mujer pasa por delante de tu objetivo mientras intentas captar este bonito edificio puramente ingl駸, bajo un eficaz juego de luces y sombras.
La farola y el cartel del bar son dos elementos muy gr畴icos y agradables.
