The view from our hotel window looking toward the castle. It's a great photo in color, but I thought the b & w gave it a greater sense of timelessness.

Yes, I wish that I could have included more in the foreground, but I had to shoot above the construction equipment and work fences that cluttered the foreground between me and the big, blue Scottish sky.

I like the high-contrast. Would love to see more of the foreground in the shot.

Somehow I feel the Usher Hall is the natural point of focus in this picture, and it doesn't feel natural that a big part isn't part of the photo. Pity.
