What a place to be,I think the peolple living there in that house are extremely priviledged,and lucky..
I know many people cant handle this kind of silence,but for me I certainly can for the rest of my life ;=]

Hello Dale ,
I remember very well the original picture , because this one of the pic that i prefer in your gallery :) .
Interesting to present the view with a strong crop , and some works in PP . Without the busy FG , the composition is different , more simple , but also very beautyful .
And this is still a dreamy house in a dreamy landscape .

Donal where's your troosers? :) Sorry, whenever I think of the Isle of Skye I think of that funny old song. Beautiful snippet of this magical island. The inclusion of the tiny house gives us a wonderful sense of scale for the mountains and sea. Lovely colours and excellent light and sharpness.

very interesting...what I noticed right away is how the corners are left dark, to bring more attention to the centre areas, i like that.
This home is pretty lonely out there! unless of course there are many other homes out of Frame.
a beautiful view, with the clouds providing the icing on the cake.

Hello Dale,

You're capturing well this landscape by a good composition and excellent tone/clariity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the calm sea and the island with peaceful atmosphere. It's good at the ridgeline of mountain in behind, too. And, the lovely house standing on loose slope draws out a good impact in this image.

So fine this image of Skye. The predominant shade of blue are accentuated by the white building and I like the fact that the door is blue as if in communion with the blue sky and sea. Lovely work. Regards. Klaudio.
