Photographer's Note

I dream about visiting Easter Island during Easter time. Maybe one day...

This Easter I've got a substitute of it on Orkney Islands. However, what had been intended to be 'instead of' turned out to be a magical place.

Orkney's second main town, Stromness lies on the south western tip of the Mainland, clustered tightly on the shores of Hamnavoe. In Viking times Stromness was called Hamnavoe, meaning "peaceful" or "safe harbour".
