Good Morning Everyone,

On this particular day, we had a beautiful sunset, not that frequent, where I live.

I popped out into the garden to capture the scene.

It was not until I was processing the photograph that I noticed the lamp had developed a tilt! Had it always been there or had the recent winds affected it, or could the lamp be nodding in agreement with the beauty of Nature's sky!!!

Besides the tilted lamp which drew attention, the sunset colors are magnificent.
Golden sky glow on the horizon contrasting the dark tones around your garden and the gray clouds aloft.
Sight of the neat garden also noticed.

Hi Bev,

The trees are helping to frame the scene. The point of view is showing the details of the lampost and of the garden. The sunset is giving nice colors to the sky. Have a nice day.

Did you ask the local boys if anyone kicked a ball on the lamp? I quite like the imperfection of the lamp which provides a kind of balance to the perfect sunset view.

The sunset is really beautiful with nicely shaped clouds and wonderful colours and eye-catching contrast between warm and cold. The trees and the lamppost make an interesting foreground as well with the slightly tilted head as a nice detail.

The lamp might have just been moving its head for a better view of the good sunset.
A good sunset photo with lots of interesting stuff in the foreground.

we have many nice sunsets here in my town, what is very nice, but few people pay attention.
a nice compo using well the lamp post, that is so beautiful, as the element in FG. nice details in the image too.

Amazing susnet! Great colors and well selected spot which allowed you to use the charming lamp as a silhouette.

I don't think I'm a good observer. If you hadn't written it, I wouldn't have noticed the tilt in the lamp.
Beautiful colours of the sky, wonderful sunset with the many branches almost as silhouettes.

The lamppost is a good element in this composition, it seems to be there to say, the sun goes down and now I light up.
A beautiful sunset, I love it after seeing this beauty of nature one enters home and also feels happier. Colorful ideal of the sky and the backlight of the trees give a nice graphic.
Very nice color, which together with good sharpness and optimal lighting, gives great quality to the image.

Hello Bev, What fantastic sunset colours. We have sometimes nice sunsets in Warsaw, but where I live, there is only sky that is interesting. Here I like the view of the bench, the milk canister and this old lamp (gas lamp?).
