I lost you for sometime again, but it seems you were in perfect shape lately. Your last uploads are simply perfect! I chose this one for its excellent point of view and great perspective. Congratulations my friend!

Good viewpoint - the rocks provide a nice detail to fill the foreground which is provided by the wide angle lens. The cloudy sky adds another deatil in the distance, and the DOF is good for this shot.

If you'll permit me to be pedantic for a moment, it's actually Calton hill! ;)

Hi Craig,

is it not the hill where people were celebrating every single column erected with some decent whisky and that's why the thing never got finished?...i think the idea was to built something similar to the Acropolis...but it might be also me having too much whisky in Edinburgh so this story evolved a bit...anyway, even though those two rocks in the foreground take a lot of space it does look enjoyable...there is simply enough shade and the light happens to hit them under different angles...nice use of the wide angle...splendid view at the Scottish capital...four smiley making it proudly eight TE points so far...it's a crime, you're being ripped off here...cheers, arturo
