Family stroll, a photo from North Yorkshire, England

What I really liked in my travelling to England was the harmony between nature and people, cities, etc... For instance, I found this bird family almost in the center of the city of York :)

Hello Ekaterina,
A charming and well thought out composition that shows us this family of geese in their surroundings. Good use of depth of field providing a nice sharp photograph from front to back. Pleasing natural tones. Pity about the coach, but you sometimes have to grab pictures when you can :-)

Hello Ekaterina,

I opened this picture and started to write my critique, but now I see that this is actually going to be the third +2 in line that you're getting from me! Well, that's pretty good. Doesn't happen that often ;-).
This is not a highly technical picture or anything like that, but surely fitting the fun-category. And, this very English. Geese making a stroll, or chipmunks steeling your lunch that's England haha. Nice capture, good composition. I don't mind the bus - adds a bit of dynamics and normal life feel. The sky is a bit over-exposed, but perhaps little to do about that.

hi elaterina,, great composition so many young birds pity about the bus , but i know this area well and you could wait all day for there to be no traffic in the background as sunney says you have to grab the shot while you can

Hi Ekaterina,I knew exactly where this is before reading the location.The slope and the street shout Cliffords Tower.
I must say that I have never seen Canada Geese walking in this area, but I guess that they could have come up from the river nearby.
A pity about the o/e sky but on the other hand you had a dry sunny day.
