Archeological Park, a photo from Paphos, West

Photographer's Note

The Paphos Archaeological Park is the site of an ancient city, the park includes monuments from the 4th century BC to the Middle Ages, and most of them come from the Roman period. Four Roman villas (the houses of Dionysos, Theseus, Aion and Orpheus) are the most known monuments, but the area also includes other important monuments, such as the Asklepieion, the Odeon, the Agora, the Saranta Kolones.
In my photo you can see the House of Theseus, built in the second half of the 2nd century AD, it was inhabited until the 7th century AD.

W tamtym miejscu powiedzenie ze cos co ma 500 lat nie jest zabytkiem ma troche racje bytu ;)
Ciekawa relacja z tego miejsca ze starozytnymi ruinami.

A nice photo with interesting details of the remains of what probably was a luxurious villa. The light is good and the mild colours are very pleasant. Especially I like the slice of green between the ochre stones and the blueish overcast sky.

sporo ciekawych miejsc archeologicznych do odwiedzenia na Cyprze.
Fakt ze byles tam o oryginalnej porze roku sprawil ze mogles pokazac ruiny na tle zachmurzonego nieba.
Swietnemiejsce ktore warte jest odwiedzenia o kazdej porze roku, no a teraz w zasadzie o jakichkolwiek podrozach mozna tylko pomarzyc.
