Beautiful composition you present us here. I like the choice of he offcenter trees. The light was very difficult and because of that the image is a bit to dark and blurd. I hope you don't mind but i did a ws trying to get it beter.

une bien belle photo B&W au coeur d'une nature hostile et peu accueillante. Un peu de bruit sur l'image qui donne un aspect de vielle photo, un cadrage bien adapt� au format vertical.

yesterday they erased all the critiques that I did, and those that I received. Already I had commented on your photo, but I return to do it.
It is an image with a good graphical effect due to both trees that are outlined in the middle of a snowy landscape, in front of a few hills covered by the fog, giving a touch of mystery to the composition.

Thanks for your interest in my French image. Your shot of Toskestan is beautiful: whenever I see images of Iran on TE, I'm blown away with its beauty and how different it looks from my misconceptions! The cold and stark beauty is well caught. However, your camera has been fooled by the mainly light tones of this snow scene into under-exposing: which often happens as meters are programmed to assume that every scene is 18% grey, and obviously snow scenes aren't! Despite all the points you've deservedly scored for this photograph, I hope you don't mind if I offer a little WS...
