The shot shows the rice fields after harvesting in Alasht road, Sav稘kuh county. It was before sunset and the cows were on their way home.

Sav稘kuh County (also Savadkooh) is a county in Mazandaran Province in Iran. It covers an area of 2441 square kilometres at the center of Mazandaran Province.
Sav稘kuh consists of four cities, PolSefid, Zirab, Shirgah and Alasht and 250 seasonal and permanent villages.
The farmlands in Sav稘kuh are limited because of its large forests and mountainous areas. So the farmers use their crops themselves, including rice, wheat, barley and sugar cane. According to geographical features, the economy of this county is based on apiculture and animal husbandry, more than agriculture.

Salam Atousa,

The photograph above captures a particular moment and atmosphere. I like the winding path which leads us towards the valley, towards the light. We are also following cows as our guides. The photo has a considerable depth, both in terms of physical spiritual ways. Your POV is very gentle one. I can feel the peaceful air. I like the title, and the glimpse of the valley. The word "Home" echoes in your image. I like the serenity. Thank you Atousa for this image.

Peaceful looking pastoral scene, but I can understnad that the lighting is not on your side here. But I find the composition is inspiring and effective enough with excellent pov, diagonal lead in lines and closesness to the main subjects which is well placed as main interest as I am really drawn to these animals more than anything else. Exposure is well controlled with sufficient clarity and limited color palette. Good sharpness and texture, the layers in the background is superb. Not bad an effort which has great potential. Well done

In low light...nice picture of the trail & the cattle returning home. The perspective is well created & the layers of mountains look good. IMHO you could have increased the luminescenec of the FG....its a lttle dark for savouring the beauty & tranquility of the picture...but that's my personal opinion!

Hello Atousa,

A composition very well balanced with the small way, well off-centred on the right, which learn the glance to the house in the Bg and give depht. The cows give life in the FG. Beautiful harmony in the warms colors too.

After a few weeks of vacation, I'm active again in TE.
A beautiful image with this fertile plains and rice fields, the road to the house at the end gives a good DOF to the image, lovely image of the cows coming home, those high mountains magnificent shape the skyline.

Hi Atousa,
very nice daily life image from your part of the world. I like the golden file of field after harvey, color match the cow nicely. the cloudy sky makes it rather difficult for good clarity but you managed fine. Good composition and nice path leading us in along with the cow waking into the landscape.

Hi Atousa,

I really enjoy this rural scene. You have chosen a very good perspective and I really like the composition with the cow moving along the winding road that starts at the right bottom corner and leads to a small wooden house. The three cows in the meadow and the fence to the left are really good inclusions. The montains at different distances are a perfect backdrop. TFS and have a nice evening!
