I took the shot in our way to the Soleiman Tangeh (Tangeh means strait) located in Mazandaran province, Iran. It shows the rice fields after harvesting in a rainy day.

Happy New Year! I visited this place a few years ago. It's near my hometown, Kiasar.

A strong image of rice terrace field from good shooting angle revealing fine details of the natural graphism with good scale reference. You have handled the exposure pretty well here and the side lighting at late hour of the day is out standing with good shadows intensifying the depth with fine textures. Excellent color hues and contrast although I feel the orange cast is a bit too heavy to my taste. Well done, Congrats

Very beautiful terrace of rice field. Beautiful golden tone of the earth, good composition with the tree nicely located. I can only imagine when it is time for planting to see green and water on the field. Nice texture and layers of land in the dry season.

You have captured a beautiful landscape of "Dandanbatake" meaning a terraced farm field in Japanese. I love the overall warm color, It's almost gold like. Exposure is well controlled and all the details are clearly depicted. I like the format also, it goes well with the way the field is laid out horizontally, with all the different levels forming an abstract art. I like many aspects of this photo, but the most and above of all, I appreciate a gentleness of the way you observed this landscape. Solitary tree in the field leaves a strong impression on me. It is a very nice composition. Well cared farm land, well cared by the photographer. Welcoming warmness is being felt.
