Hello Saber,
Your subject is very nice, also an excellent angle.
Little bit a difficult image through the strong white backlight, I've tryed a WS.
Good depth and perspective.
Excellent composition, lovely presentation.
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards,
John.

dear Saber,
wow,
the church building is wonderful and artistic (though it is now repairing),
especially the roof of tower looks precious diamond jewelry,
and brown checkered patterns of the wall is beautiful so much too,
old stones and repaired relatively new stones are well combined to make tasteful ambience,
thank you for your excellent shot,
Akihisa

Hi Saber, what a beautiful church, you achieved excellenbt definition and contrast with your subject in these difficult light conditions. The over-exposure is a problem, it is something I have also struggled with. There are several things you can try when shooting in these conditions:
1. Use a filter - either neutral density or grey graduated filter to even out the sky; or
2. Use Spot metering, rather than Average metering; and/or
3. Take 2 shots (using a tripod), firstly metering on the darker foreground and then secondly metering on the lighter background. In post-processing merging the two images.
TFS and I wish you a beautiful day

Nice evening

I like the architectural character of this photo and your poit of view, unfortunately it is way over exposed. The kinf of photo that also gets tricky when you try to process more and bring out details.

Hi, Saber.
This is an interesting series about this dramatically situated building. Your photos show well the detail of the carving and the contrast between the pink sandstone of the church and the darker stones of the surrounding structures.
I have tried a WS to reduce the overexposure of the mountains.
Many thanks for your comments about my photo, Houses by the sea.
Best wishes from a cold, windy, snow-covered Dunbar,
Winifred
