"Chalidreh" tourism complex is one of the recreational places around "Mashhad". Chali Darreh Dam Lake was built to irrigate the gardens around Torqabeh and has recreational facilities such as boating, fishing and a restaurant. Chali Darreh Dam is an earthen dam with a clay core that is flooded by the Jagharq River. This dam was built at the beginning of the road of "Naghandar" village and on the left side of the road in a valley of the same name. Wikipedia

Hello Ali,
The warm red and yellow lights create a good atmosphere in the blue hour and the lake creates perfect reflections. I can imagine the excitement among the people gathered down there to amuse themselves.

This is a wonderful blue hour photo. I am going to hazard a guess and translate Chali Darreh as "ﾇalı Dere," meaning "Shrub (or Bush) Stream."
