Photographer's Note

Approximately one year ago, posted this picture of a known high-tech company building in Tel-Aviv, with the green vegetation mounted upon its facades.
The photo shows the entrance to the building, see if you can detect a lamp-post silhouette included �

Pictures were processed from RAW, main picture was cropped all sides, F10.0, 0.8 sec., ISO100.

Location in Tel-Aviv: 32.0695, 34.7964 on the map.

Added blue hour and night pictures from side and frontal perspective. 3 WS's.

Hello Ike,
I remembered last year's photo, but I didn't really imagine it would look like this by night. The green wall is here looking more like an abstract installation, an effect which seems to be increased by the contrasts with the more easily identifiable walls in the dark background. Those who created this had a fascinating idea, and it's even more fascinating how it can make two such totally different impressions. My compliments for taking this night photo and for doing it so well.

Hello Ike,

I looked with interest at your previous photograph to help me to make a mental picture of what you have photographed. It really is amazing! The lights pick out the vegetation and create a wonderful, reticulated, green web. This is so well thought out!
If you ever paint with lines on wet paper, this is exciting effect that you cvan obtain.

Hi Ike,i remember well your post because this buiding is like a copy of "vertical gardens" of Milano,that are buildings covered by plants like this and with very expensive apartments. But in the night,the things are very differents,i can see in your 3 pics,all the beauty of light effects,maybe the pics are a bit dark but it needs this exposure to understand better the design of light games. I like it when its decided to make buildings stand out in such a way, why not right? make it unique, make it an eye catcher.
but are there windows behind the vegetation? how would that work? haha...i'll have to look at the other photo you posted.
