Photographer's Note

The tallest tower in Tel-Aviv from a distance of 2.5km.
The picture was taken from the highest hill in Givatayim, a location I usually take skyline pictures of the city.

The Azrieli-Sarona tower is 238.5 metres (782 ft) high with 53 floors, location on the map is at 32.0715, 34.7892.

Hello Ike,
I liked the earlier photo seen in the link, but I think this is an even better composition. By seeing so many other modern skyscrapers next to this tower, it's bold and attractive design is strongly underscored. The reflections in the glass fa軋de become a composition in their own right. The dark green tower to the right puts up a strong competition, no doubt. The trees in the foreground tell us this is not just a concrete jungle. You have taken a very attractive composition with very good light and colours.

This tower displays a certain elegance as it soars above its counterparts. I like the lights and the contrast offered by the foreground trees.

Hello Ike,

This is certainly a very impressive building, its reflective cladding creating amazing patterns across its surface.
I know buildings are inanimate objects but this one appears to be nodding impassively to the less tall green tower.
The trees in the f/g and the diminishing towers in the b/g work to give an excellent sense of depth, with the Azrieli-Sarona Tower taking complete precedence.

Tremendous the height of this tower that stands out above the other surrounding buildings, I like its original shape as if they were two attached buildings and that at the top seem to lean each one to one side.

I recognize the new skyscraper from your previous picture and yet, I get a completely different impression here.
The tower building seems even more beautiful and impressive.
The differences on its facade due to reflections, I guess, make it look very attractive.
Stupendous that you took this photo from on a distance of 2,5 km.
Clearly this is the tallest in Tel Aviv.

Hello Ike, that is one tall building!!
It seems to defy gravity as we view it from this angle. It is certainly spectacular.
Very good composition, as it is surrounded by what must have been tall buildings at one time.
I like the pattern that has been created across its fa軋de.
The greenery in the f/g frames it nicely.

oh ya, I like this one! Quite the contrast of buildings compared to my newest post haha. Great to see the twist and turn in the sky scraper - which is quickly becoming a new trend in style around the world. nice to see the light reflecting onto all that glass, and good to see the comparable smaller/shorter buildings for scale. excellent city views from this hilltop. One I'd like to visit if I ever make it to this part of the world. cheers

It looks like Tel Aviv is transforming itself into the Manhattan of Israel. Good sharpness and smart choice of a vertical framing to accentuate the height of the skyscrapers. Also very good to see the architectural design moving away from the rather boring rectangular blocks. Nice reflections too. Tfs!

Ike, the Azrieli Sarona tower is a masterpiece of architecture. It dominates all the buildings in its vicinity by its size. Its design shows its architects inventivity. Perfect pov from an elevated point. Sharp shot.
