Photographer's Note
Whilst my wife was on a little 4x4 driving up and down the dunes in the Wahiba Sands area of Oman, I spotted these two camels wandering off across the sands. The late afternoon sunlight and dust in the air made it look like they were wandering off into some forgotten past.
The Wahiba Sands are a long stretch of near parallel sets of sand dunes that are mostly a gorgeous red hue and are one of the premier areas of exploration in this wonderful country.

Typical desertic shot. I like the various yellow tones and the light play with the dust, always particular in the desert.
Congrats !

Hello!,
A very evocative desert shot. A classic 'mirage' image. All that is lacking is Lawrence of Arabia!
Best wishes...Maggie

Hi again CW.
This is another great work. This time your composition and your use of the lens and DOF are amazing.
Well done.
