Photographer's Note
Originally, Ghazi Mihal Mosque (previous days' uploads) was part of a larger complex of buildings, which also included a soup kitchen and baths. The kitchen has not been preserved to our times, and the ruined remains of the baths are visible in the neighborhood of the mosque. Ghazi Mihal Hammam (Turkish: Gazi Mihal Hamamı) is also known as Old Dilapidated Baths (Turkish: Eski Harap Hamam). It is situated on the opposite bank of the Tunca River, next to Şahmelek Mosque. It is the oldest Turkish bath in the city, but, unfortunately, it has been abandoned and is now falling into ruins. There is an inscription giving the date of its construction - 1406.
I have seen a number of articles from 2016 that this hammam was going to be renovated, but we were there in 2021 and nothing had been done - blame it on COVID?

Gunaydin Murat,
Well placed the old Hammam edifice within the frame. A bit too saturated image , IMHO.

Hello Murat,
It痴 an interesting and quite pretty building where the several small domes are eye-catching. In all photos the nice scenery is a great bonus. I like the colors too.

Hello Murat,
A good and clear view of the old baths in the grassy fields. You chose an excellent angle and the old stone domes on top are clearly visible as well.

Hi Murat,
Interesting looking ruins of an ancient bath. I guess it's bigger than what it looks from this angle. Panoramic format fits well.

Hello Murat.
A magnificent building of great antiquity, so it would be sad if it were lost without being restored, beautiful country setting.
A beautiful composition, very well done. I like.
All the best for you. Have a great day.

Hi Murat,it is really a pity that much has been lost and even the old Turkish baths are abandoned, collapses and grass are decreeing their end after many centuries, we hope that something will be done, the photos show the architecture very well and, unfortunately, also the disastrous situation. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hello Murat,
This is a very attractive ruin and I sincerely hope, when things become more normal, that an effort is made to renovate the baths. There is a Turkish Baths in Harrogate (about 20 miles away from my home) which is remarkable. It has operated since Victorian Times, relatively unchanged.
I like all the photographs but prefer the w/s where the minaret of the mosque is visible, in the distance. It shows the baths building sharply but has that fine sense of depth, created by the minaret which is also nicely placed on the thirds line.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Murat,
The construction does look ancient indeed. I like very much the well saturated colors with nice blue sky to accompany it. Nice shape of the domes.
Very nice reportage,

Hello Murat,
Splendid presentations of the old and dilapidated bahts of Gazi Mihal with a good view of the natural surroundings.
The green surroundings and the clouds in the sky make the photo of the old building even more attractive.
In WS1 we get the feeling that this hammam is in danger of becoming overgrown by the vegetation.
Best regards, Paul
