Milk Corn, Chestnut Kebap

Milk corn is the kind of corn that secretes a juice when one bites into it. Chestnut Kebap is how Turks refer to roasted chestnuts. This fellow was selling milk corn and roasted chestnuts at Emin� Bazaar.

S�tl� mısır, biri ısırdığında su salan bir mısır t�r�d�r. Kestane Kebap, T�rklerin kleme kestaneye verdikleri isimdir. Bu adam Emin� Pazarı'nda s�tl� mısır ve kleme kestane satıyordu.

Hi Murat,
A nice portrait of the corn vendor and the surrounding open market scenery.
Coilors are playing major role on this place and of course on the picture.

Lepo pokazano mesto i prodavca kukuruza, dobar kontrast i ostrina, lepe boje, lepo uhvacen trenutak.
Lepa pokretna tezga sa kukuruzom i kestenom.
Dobar tekst o koriscenoj tehnici i elementima snimka.

J'aime beaucoup ce style de photographie rendant compte de la vie quotidienne (les monuments, les 馘ifices prestigieux, et autres ne manquent pas d'int駻黎, mais j'aime voir la vie de tous les jours, le comportement, etc.).

I suppose it's more nutritious than McDonalds. Good daily life scene from this lively district of Istanbul. Superb sharpness and strong warm cold color contrasts between the red, yellow and blue. Tfs!

The stall holder seems very happy to have his picture taken, but I imagine he would also be pleased if you bought something from him. He and his stall are well framed and stand out nicely from the busy background. Very good technical realisation with vibrant colours and good sharpness.

Hello Murat,
Another nice photo from the crowds and stalls at Emin�. In the early 70's I was staying at a very simple hotel nearby where no breakfast was available, so I used to come here for sosis and ayran, which anyway tasted much better than tea and toast. You had a good eye-contact with this salesman and it's a well framed photo with fine colors.
