OLD ADANA, a photo from Adana, Mediterranean

Photographer's Note

Ben ve 6 arkadaşımın Eski Adana bgesinde yaptığımız 軋lışmalar sonucunda ortaya �ıkan fotopraflar Adana Amat Fotoğraf Derneğinde (AFAD) �yelik sergisi olarak sergilendi. Bu sergi toplam 42 fotoğraf ile "Arasta 1" konusu olarak Haziran ayı boyunca Ankara FSK - Fotoğraf Sanatı Kurumu Derneğinde sergilenecektir.
Daha ce burada yayınladığım 6 adet fotoğrafın siyah beyaz hali sergide yer alacaktır. Eski Adanayı ( B�y�k Saat etrafı ) anlatan hoş bir sergi olduğu d�ş�ncesindeyim . Fotoğraf sevenlere duyrulur :)

Kompozisyonu ve gge/ışık dağılımını 輟k sevdim, elinize sağlık.

Netleme tam yerinde, arkadaki puzlu atmosfer kompozisyonu tamamlamış.

Sağdaki gen� ile soldaki oturan olmasa da olurmuş diyecektim ama, bunların da kompozisyonu zenginleştirdiğine ve dinamizm kattığına ş�phe yok.

Merhaba Derya,

Uzun zamandır letmiştin kendini, tekrar hoşgeldin diyelim. Bu fotoğrafı 輟k iyi hatırladım, sanırım sana ilk yorum yazdığım fotoğraf buydu. Tamam, şimdi renkl versiyonunu arşivinde buldum. Siyah beyaz 軻vrim fikri 輟k iyi, SB i輅n 輟k da uygun bir fotoğraf ancak burada 軻vrim a�ısından beni tatmin etmeyen bir şey var. Renkli versiyonda bu fotoğrafın cazibe noktası olan dumanların t�ls� yumuşak etkisi ve arka plandaki eski apartmanın hayal g�c�n� zorlayan doğal dokusu bana biraz bozulmuş gibi geldi. Burada duman adeta yer yer belli, arka plandaki apartmanın ana hatları kesin 輅zgilerle ortaya �ıkarılmış, bana biraz fazla zorlanmış gibi geldi. ﾜzg�n�m ama, ger軻kten sevdiğim bir fotoğraf olduğundan ve i軻rdiği b�y� bir miktar bozulduğu i輅n fikrimi yazmak ihtiyacı duydum. Umarım serginiz hak ettiği şekilde başarılı olur. Selamlar,

Hi Derya,
Your B&W treatment enhances the atmosphere of this image. The silhouetted figures in front of the light shining through the smoke and the buildings in the background tell a nice story.

nice street scene with the men shadows in backlighting on the foreground and some myst in the middle of the street, thanks to the sun ray throught the tents.
good choice of B&W.

The light piercing the dust and smoke creates a timeless atmosphere. The image could have been ten, twenty or forty years old with the B&W format you've chosen.
