I like the colours in this night shot. You obviously used a tripod because the background is sharp.The motion of the boats enhances the image. The only thing that would improve this is a straight horizon. You could turn the image in Photoshop, or make sure it's level in the first place through your viewfinder.

Nice colours in the water. I actually like that the boats and the people in them are unsharp and that the background is sharp, it gives this picture an extra dimension
