Taken during Canada's long weekend in May celebrating Queen Victoria's Birthday.
Here in Ontario we call this the May 2 4 weekend.
A 2 4 is a case of beer. The idea for the younger people on this weekend is to get really drunk. Not me though. I prefer to spend my time finding pretty places to photographe. On this excursion, I felt like I was hiding from the animals, the party animals that is.

Great composition. I like how the trees in the foreground frame the water. Beautiful colors as well.

It's a good thing you chose not to indulge in 2 4 and instead send these pretty pictures to us. Beautiful place, the overhagning trees, the wide water body narrowing down -- really stupendous.

wonderufl blue water! Better... wonderful landscape. The trees at the left and right of the composition is a great idea.
