Photographer's Note
I re-vamped another photo that I've posted not long ago.
This is my favorite waterfall in Ontario frozen in the long awaited winter cold.
I also used the sharpen mask for the first time on this image and applied a frame (not a common thing for me).
What do you think?

I like this one and there is still some water flowing in the center of the shot.
The tree on the left helps with the depth of the photo.

that water fall is frozen?? sweet... that ice on the left looks like fangs. there's a lot to look at here because you managed to capture some great detail. i also like how you've used the foreground trees as a frame for the waterfall. well done!

Whoa.. this is huge... I love the contrast and the B&W. I think it really focuses ones eye to the detail. Gives me shivers... though I have to say.. the frame could go

Hi Kelley,
the unsharpen mask makes all the difference in the world (especially when zapping it down to 800 pixels) ,.. this is just striking .. beautiful ... wondrous ..
congrats ..

Kelly, showcasing this in gray, worked much better than in colors I'd imagine. Colder, heavier and exposing.

Interesting, brittle look to the whole photo - almost like it might all shatter at any moment.

This picture is very interesting by the choice of B&W. This gives a lot of details in trees.
A very nice place in fact.
Cheers
