Photographer's Note

The Hilton Falls Conservation area is a natural environment park that is owned and managed by Conservation Halton.
The 1592 acre park includes unique geological features, extensive forests, a water control reservoir and a beautiful waterfall that cascades over the Niagara Escarpment.
The conservation area has significant natural habitat for plants and wildlife and 33.5 km of nature trails.

Today we did our yellow trails(3km)with out skis.
That takes around 45 min. in one way.
Just beautiful healthy walk.

I can not decide which one is more beautiful, if the flowing water fall or the iced one. You have done it very well.

Hej Beata,
Śliczne, piękne zimowe zdjęcie.
Uwielbiam takie klimaty, niestety w Irlandii o czymś podobnym mozna zapomnieć... Także dzieki za przypomnienie jak powinna wygladac zima! :)

Witaj, My mamy mr, nawet jezioro Hańcza podobno jest zamarznięte i powierzchnia jest wyjątkowo gładka, ale chyba nie aż tak jak u Ciebie. Fantastyczny jest taki zamarznięty wodospad. Podobają mi się te oblodzone drzewa, ładne kolory lodu.

Zdravo Beata. I remember seeing this shot earlier and it has stayed with me. Such finesse here with all the "sculptured" features. i like the overhanging, lacy branch, the frozen cascade, the strong fall of water and the beautifully placed tree trunk lit by the sun. Lovely work. Pozdrawiam. Klaudio.
