While we were walking along North Aluette river on the dike, there were a lot of Dandelions. I thought I'm going to take a photo of this useful weed. This very common flower (Taraxacum officinale) is really very useful in blooming, before and after as well. You can use it for diabetic, liver, gall-bladder problems, etc.

nice colors but i'd sharpen the dandelion a bit.

A beautiful picture - often shown, but always nice again! Here I like the green background and the other blurred seed-head very much. A very good build up - I think. I incorporated your photo into the collection of the topic "Dandelion plants" here on TrekEarth (see special theme with wonderful photos!)
