Photographer's Note

For years I have been wanting to visit and photograph Victoria, B.C. and last week I finally got there to do it.

This is the world famous parliament building which overlooks the harbor. While we were there a new Disney movie was being filmed directly in front of the building, complete with horses, carriage, royalty and hundreds of local people who were cast as "extras" to cheer wildly. However, once the sun set things got back to normal.

Hello, extra special night shot of the Parliament Building near the boats. Excellent colors and marvelous the way the boat ramp leads the eye into the scene. You got lucky to see Disney filming. Makes for good memories.

Amazing dusk shot very well exposed to show highlight details. The repetitive pattern of boats in the foreground enhances the image. I love the deep blue sky.
