D弛� les blonds ciels s弾n sont all駸.

Pleurez, oiseaux de f騅rier,
Au sinistre frisson des choses,

Bonjour Serge,
This looks so cold! Lots of snow and ice here and a pale winter sunlight. It really conveys the mood of a harsh winter very well. The curve of the lake adds dynamism to the photo and I like the pattern of the ice as well.

Bonjour Serge,

It looks as if winter has come with a vengeance, from your photograph.
You have used the curved edge of the pond/river to make a very successful guide and also, to emphasise that the water now has a hard, icy surface!
The winter trees, edging the curve, look thin and emaciated as if chilled by the cold!
Your photograph is full of atmosphere.

Hello Serge,
A typical cold day in winter when the colours almost disappear. There is a bit blue and pink in the sky, but the rest of the photo looks almost monochrome. Ice and snow and the dark branches of the trees without leaves. The few colours and sharp details make it look like an etching,

Serge, the lake is frozen and its banks are covered with ice. The wind must add more feeling of cold. Pleasant winter scene. Fine colors, good sharpness, nice song, amiti�.

Hello Serge, My French is very poor so I can't appreciate this poem. When I see the snow I think about the Adamo's song Tombe la neige. This year I haven't seen the snowing. Wonderful winter landscape.

Bonjour Serge, a special light that highlights the various textures of the frozen water, the muddy banks and the trees.
The trees are beautifully silhouetted against the pale sky.

fantastic composition. The scene is nearly black and white. I like very much the light effects across the whole scene. A very special effect with the fog which is brightly lit behind the trees. It adds a mystical touch.
