Photographer's Note
This waterfall is found just northwest of Columbus, OH. It is right by the Scioto River and that's where this creek flows into. This was one of my first time ever taking pictures of waterfalls so I experimented with long exposure times. For more info click here.

For a first time long exposure waterfall the outcome is quite good. The weakness of your shot is the overexposure in the foreground. The composition and the tight framing are quite interesting.
I guess you used a tripod to achieve the flowing pattern of the water.
