Photographer's Note

This building is in the heart of downtown Asheville, along their Urban Trail. It is designed to model the Flat Iron Building in New York City. This building even has a large sculptured iron in the front of it.

This Flat Iron Building houses a few restaurants as well as some retail stores.

I looked through you portfolio and recognised your Ghost Town shot and remembered commenting on it a year ago! Just shows how some images can have an impact. Like this one - the style is instantly recognisable as Flat Iron! Which I consider to be one of the most perfect buildings in the world. Good sharpness and colour.

I like the idea, I wish the top of the building wasn't touching the top of the frame, I wonder if it was possible to step back, otherwise a wider angle lens would help, also the protrusion of the other building at right edge distracts a little.
