A sign of an early spring in Texas.
The winter in southern Texas along of the Gulf of Mexico is usually very moderate and short-lived. As you can see from the picture date, it is not even mid-Feb yet.
This picture was taken on the campus of Rice University. Post Processing involved slight color saturations and bordering.

very nice macro shot of the flowers. seems like the contrast and exposure are both flawless. you have a nice framing of this shot that allows us to see many differnet flowers from different angles. great shooting.
