Photographer's Note

At Universal again tonight. Captured the entire square at the Gringotts bank in Diagon alley. This 12mm is starting to become my favorite. I went to capture this one shot. Did need to use curves and levels in CS4 to bring about proper lighting.

this title is really impressive
for you and me too in Greece
unfortunately difficult hot
nights happen in Greece
because of the high temperatures
till 46 degrees....and the fires
which continue till today...

Hello Jimmy,

I was completely fooled from the thumbnail, I thought the city was on fire!
The fish-eye effect is very good, placing the flame in the centre of these surrounding, characterful buildings.

That's a fantastic shot! Super wide angle shows the form of this square in a fascinating way. And looking this angle this could be a real old town. Although the dragon would be extremely unlikely somewhere else.

When I first saw this I thought you had taken it somewhere in Europe where they also have dragons and castles, so it was a surprise to see it was taken in Orlando, FLA. Good sharpness and the fisheye effect works well here. Tfs!

I'm not surprised if it is you favourite lens. I also like the distortion created by such wide-angle lens. Of course in case of this shot it is the fire of the dragon, which sells the photo.
