Photographer's Note

We had spent 2 days in Vegas and were pretty much tired of the constant din of slot machines and casinos.. Don't get me wrong we enjoyed Vegas! But we rented a car and headed out to the Valley of Fire for a day. Great spot to visit if you need a break from the strip. This was taken with a point and shoot so overall outcome could have been improved. Resized and added a bit of saturation and contrast.

Hi Bob,
this red rocks always fascinate me as well as their amazing shape. i have been 4 years ago in the States and i visited several parks north from where you took this shot. it reminds me Canyonlands or Arches.
