Photographer's Note

This view of Bryce Canyon National Park overlooks the park and shows the plateau in the background. Bryce Canyon is not an actual canyon but rather, it is an escarpment at the edge of a plateau. The canyon was formed by ancient rivers that carved the tops and exposed edges of rocks that have sculpted the formations that we see. Erosion then creates the hoodoos that are so famous in this park. This view is from the Rim Trail.

Just Beautiful! I love trees and the branches are all pointing inwards inviting you into the scene - great sense of depth. I like the sky and the earth colours. really good work.
