Photographer's Note

Not a water fall!
It is rather a travertine agglomeration; form of terrestrial limestone deposited around mineral hot springs.
Travertine has a fibrous appearance and exists in white, tan and even rusty varieties. It is formed by a process of rapid precipitation of overflowing calcium carbonate, occasionally taking the form of terraces.
