Photographer's Note
These are what are referred to as the "Three Patriarchs" in Zion National Park. They are a Biblical reference to Abraham (left), Isaac (Middle), and Jacob (right). Abraham is 6890ft (2101m), Isaac is 6825ft (2081m), and Jacob is 6831ft (2083m) at their highest point. I took these in the softer morning light. I saw a picture of these guys in a book and decided I had to see them. Maybe my picture will have the same effect on somebody else.

For me I like the previous more like this one and I'll comment both. This one is very well composed with a great contrast in the base for impact scenery and you know to do this very well. Thanks very much for your historical and biblical guidelines that are very important. But is also important to transmit a message in this well done conditions! Congratulations and see you next!

I was there during august last year but I had the afternoon's light and this view was not so beautiful (although I was enthousiasted by the landscape of Zion). Nice capture, well contrasted.

Hi Stephen, Excellent capture of this high rocks. I may not have the feeling of actually seeing this in real life but your image have captured it effectively for me to somehow get that same experience. Sharply captured, good exposure and composition. I like the way you included silhouette plant from the foreground. Good Catch.

Great view of the 3 Patriarchs, Stephen. They make a great photo subject that gives you a balanced and rhythmical composition. Looks like you were there at a favorable time of day for the sunlight to afford a nice play with the colors and textural details of the rocks. I also like the inclusion of the foreground vegetation that is only visible as a silhouette. Beautiful shot.

Steve, Great cropping, just showing what you want seen. I would not have changed a thing. I like the exposure and inclusion of the trees and shrubs in the foreground. The sky is a bit unbelievable though. Is this overprocessed? Again, great shot. You are developing quite an eye. Pete

Hi Stephen
A superb landscape with a good warm / cold opposition between the red cliffs & blue sky. I like the foreground silhouettes of the shrubs.

Hi Stephen,
Great view where the three patriarchs detach very well over the fine blue sky, light is excellent on the right and stil good on the left, under this light and also probably due to the pola the stone reveals nice vivid colors.
Nice shot !

Good capture in the early morning light. Quite impressive monoliths and you have presented them very well. If I ever get to the US, I will be sure to check them out.

Hi Stephen, I think you have found a perfect angle to take these three peaks. I never had a good angle as you have in Zion, which is one of my favorite national parks. Nice shot.
