Photographer's Note

One last image from Flagler College nee the Ponce de Leon hotel. This chandelier and the surrounding decoration in the ballroom were designed by Louis Tiffany, who also decorated many other rooms in the hotel, including stained glass in what is now the student dining room; this is alleged to be the largest single installation of Tiffany stained glass in the world. The ballroom seen here is alleged to be the place where Tiffany first used the blue shade that has become their trademark.

There is a somewhat different shot in the WS that gives a better idea of what the chandeliers themselves look like in the context of the room.

Creative ideas and fantastic looking close up well worth the crick in your neck - Lol. Seriously, far too few people bother to look up, me included even to first-floor level they don't know what they're missing. You have smart eyes! an excellent observation so nicely shot and the burst of sparkling chandelier standout with adequate details this also makes for an interesting abstract. It's so pleasantly exposed even the brightest spot is not blown up without hot spots, but i do feel bit more contrast and saturation are
beneficial, Congrats

I am very glad that you additions the second picture, this gives more a good image, of these chandelier.
Nice depth and perspective picture too.
Composition and presentation are excellent.

Hi dear Roger

A lovely photo gained from looking up and giving us an original POV. The chandelier is exquisite, as are the ceiling decorations. I like the tight framing and the good colours. There's no noise at all to my eye, something that I don't always achieve with shots like this. Well done. Have a great Sunday.
