Photographer's Note
Willis Creek slot canyon is situated south of Cannonville, and close to Kodachrome State Park in Southern Utah. It lies in the huge Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.
The creek is quite easily reachable, if the road is in good condition, and can be enjoyed without the crowds.
The canyon has a couple of narrow sections, with spectacular walls. There is still a small creek flowing through the canyon.
