Photographer's Note
I like the interplay of several planes and lines in this picture. This was taken in the second floor balcony overlooking the grand stairway. Looking up and selecting the right view point you will see this play of planes, light and lines.

Curves and tones of an Indian ocean shell..
Perfect composition, but probably an architector doesn't need my compliments:)
Thank you

The composition here is excellent! I like the curves upon curves arrangement, going around and around. The shape ends up reminding me of a huge eye. Great light too, showing lots of detail in the carving. Well done!

I really like the combination of shapes and lines here Andre. It looks almost like a jigsaw puzzle that has been put together the wrong way; it's an interesting effect.
An imaginative composition, good work.
Cheers,
Ben

A fine detail of this ornamental architecture with an incongruous POV.

That overexposed half-circle on the right is quite disastrous to the otherwise interesting, typical architectural photo.
You see, Andre... That ceiling is an art masterpiece by any possible world's standards.
And either, you approach that art with your absolute photo mastery or simply... Forget it...
His work, (the architect) was million times more difficult than yours. It took years of his life possibly.
Please, respect that. Answer his wonderful art with your immaculate photo art ... or forget it.
No imperfections allowed. No mercy for screw ups.
Then and only then you can be fully satisfied with your work.
Have a great weekend, pal.
